We are family law attorneys. Both partners have been in practice since 1986.
The emphasis of our practice is heavily contested cases involving property,
maintenance (alimony), support and custody issues. We handle the most
serious custody cases, including sexual abuse, physical abuse, drug and
alcohol abuse, and psychological problems. Third party (grand parent)
custody issues are often involved in these type of cases as well.
We also have extensive experience in interstate custody issues (under the UCCJA and PKPA) as well as international custody issues (in both Hague Convention and non-Hague Convention treaty countries)." Our office is located in the Seattle area between the downtown Seattle and Kent courthouses, and the firm services clients in both King and Pierce counties, Washington. |
