Attorney Statement: I was board certified in 2000 in Family Law and have tried jury trials in family, civil and criminal matters throughout Texas but primarily focus on Collin County since the courthouse is right across the street from my office.

I'm 40 years old, been married for ten years to my one and only wife. We have two children Emma is 5 and Sara is 1 1/2. I coach tee ball and have taught third grade Sunday School for five years now. I'd like to think that I specialize in solving problems and when asked what kind of attorney I am I usually reply that I'm a damn good one.

I'm licensed in Texas and New Mexico and before the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Pro Bono attorney of the year in Collin County in 1995 for work with the underpriviledged. I really like high school football and don't watch TV unless it's cartoon network with my children. A few weekends out of every year I do take off and go hunting for dove, quail or pheasant depending on the season and I wear a cowboy hat to work and to court daily.
