Brad Kurlancheek
He
is an attorney in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, born there March
30, 1957. He graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1979,
and served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force for five years,
and the military reserves four years. He graduated from Washington
and Lee University School of Law, in Lexington, Virginia in 1993,
with a focus on bankruptcy law. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.)
in Trial Advocacy (2004) from Temple University, Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania.
He
began a solo practice in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, in January
1994. He dedicates 75% of his practice to Bankruptcy Law and DUI
defense. He is a member of the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar
Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Organization.
He
practices in a converted 2 story home, sharing office space with
two other attorneys, Jane Acri, Esq. (570/826-5554), who specializes
