Since 1987 Mr. Kaplan has limited his Family Law practice to cases involving divorce, separation, child custody, alimony, child support, visitation disputes, domestic violence and related issues, almost exclusively in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

Our clients are served in easily accessible modern offices complete with state-of-the-art computer technology, a client library, educational videotapes, current relevant handouts, and periodic newsletters. We are highly selective in hiring staff who are sensitive to the needs of clients dealing with emotional issues. We work as a team and continuously strive to provide the highest quality legal representation to our clients at a fair fee.

The entire staff is computer literate. We use state of the art legal research equipment, which allows us to do the highest quality legal research in a fraction of the time non-computerized research is done. We are constantly updating our computer skills and equipment.

Mr. Kaplan regularly brings a complete "mobile law office" to Court, including both a lap-top computer loaded with family law software titles and a cutting edge laser printer. This gives our clients the benefit of tools that help us create and print first-class legal documents right in the Courtroom or conference room, thereby facilitating a quicker resolution of many cases.
