Alan J. Cornblatt, Esquire is a group of law firms comprising, in total, six (6) attorneys and two (2) paralegals, located in Ocean County, New Jersey. Our extensive experience affords us the opportunity to offer quality, legal representation, practicing, primarily, Family Law, including arbitration and mediation services.

Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1962; Admitted to the United States Supreme Court - 1968; Judge, Brick Township Municipal Court (1971-1973); Speaker, First World Congress on Family Law and Children's Rights, Sydney, Australia (1993); Instructor in Family Law, Ocean County College Paralegal Program (1990-present); Fellow, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (Board of Managers, New Jersey, 1990-1991); Who's Who in American Law; American Bar Association, Family Law Section member; New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section member (Executive Committee, 1984-1985); Ocean County Bar Association member; Ocean County Bar Association Trustee (1999 to 2001).

THOMAS C. KECK (1947-2002)
Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1972, after graduating from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, with honors. He was a partner in a general practice law firm for eight years and has five years practical business experience as General Manager of a multi-million dollar business. Since 1988, Tom has limited his practice to Family Law. He is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association, Family Law Committee, and the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Tom and his wife have been custodial parents, non-custodial parents and step-parents. They have dealt, on a personal level, with assisting one of their children through a divorce, with grandparent visitation and with alimony, child support and college contribution issues.

JAYNE M. VOGLER
Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1989; Received Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law; Practices, almost exclusively, in the area of family law; Member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section, and the Ocean County Bar Association. Appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to the District IIIA (Ocean County) Ethics Committee.

Chaired the State Public Affairs Committee of the New Jersey Junior Leagues (SPAC) in 1999-2000; Nominated to the Board of Trustees of Homing Corporation in 1996, established for the purpose of supporting the construction and operation of shelters and other facilities for homeless persons and/or persons who are disabled, unemployed or otherwise unable to care for themselves; Currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Homing Corporation. Member of the Junior League of Monmouth County (JLMC) since 1995; Board of Directors, 1999, serving as the JLMC's Outreach Director; Received JLMC's President's Award in 1999.

SANDRA BERNSTEIN
Graduated Goucher College, Towson, MD with Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology. Earned paralegal certificate at Brookdale Community College, Lincroft, NJ. Worked in Social Services at University Hospital Clinic, Baltimore, MD and Brackenridge Hospital Clinic, Austin, TX. Employed as matrimonial paralegal for Alan J. Cornblatt, Esquire, since 1986. Volunteer for Council of Jewish Women, Long Branch, NJ; Service League of Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ; President of Elberon School PTO and Long Branch PTO Council; school representative at Board of Education meetings.

HOLLY NIEDZWIECKI - Graduated Hudson County Community College, Jersey City, NJ with an Associate of Science in Computer Science. Graduated New Jersey City University, Jersey City, NJ with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts. Holds a Certificate of Eligibility in Elementary Education. Earned Legal Assistant Certificate from Ocean County College, Toms River, NJ. Employed as matrimonial paralegal for Alan J. Cornblatt, Esquire, since 2002.
