Persons filing domestic relations cases in Jackson County should be aware of the amended Case Management Administrative order, which sets out the procedure to be followed in both contested and uncontested cases. This is a new order (April 2001) and is being implemented and followed by all the family court judges in Jackson County pursuant to the order.
