no-fault divorce, child support modification, custody and
visitation matters, step parent adoption, and name change
and other family matters and need properly drawn forms
to support their actions;
- who need to
have an understanding of what their rights are before deciding
upon a course of action;

negotiate a Marital Settlement Agreement, Parenting Plan,
Custody Agreement, in a non-adversarial mode and need assistance
in creating legally binding documents.

I am the author of "How to Do Your Own Divorce in Maryland, Virginia, and
the District of Columbia," and "Divorce: A Do-It-Yourself Manual For Marylanders," and
I am a member of the Maryland (1966) and District of Columbia Bar
(1967)..
I
am presently Co-Chair of the ELawyering
Task Force of the Law Practice Management Section of the
American Bar Association, whose mission is to help lawyers
deliver legal affordable legal services over the Internet
to clients of moderate income and I am member of the Standing
Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services of the ABA.,
which is concerned with developing new methods of delivering
legal services to people of moderate means. I am also co-author
of Best
Practice Guidelines for Legal Information Web Site Providers which
were adopted by the ABA House of Delegates in February 2003.
