I currently offer two package services for couples seeking a
quick, low cost divorce. For $350.00, I will do the necessary
paperwork and guide it through the courts for you. I can do
this
in any Indiana county, provided the parties have an agreement.
If
you and your spouse do have an agreement, and you are a little
braver, I can prepare the appropriate forms for you, and provide
you with written instructions, telling you how to represent
yourself. This service does not include a consultation, and
is
$125.00.
My specialty is family law, including divorce, bankruptcy,
criminal law, probate and contracts. I work in the following
counties: Benton, Carroll, Clinton, Howard, Jasper, PUlaski,
Starke, Tippecanoe and White. My fees are $125.00 per hour.
