Dispute Management Services

Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution which uses a negotiation process between two or more parties to arrive at a contractual resolution.

Solutions First is committed to distinguishing itself in the world of alternative dispute resolution. Above all, Solutions First understands that its reputation and integrity are its most valuable assets.

In mediations, the clients' needs always come first. When two parties go to litigation, the longer the proceedings draw out, the more legal fees are accrued - by both legal teams. Instead of the lawyers winning, we feel that the clients should win.

Ms. Hoberman, the owner of Solutions First, is unwavering in her commitment to maintaining her neutrality and standard of ethics. As a mediator, she strives to blend professional decorum with understanding and empathy.

All questions and inquiries are welcome.

Mission Statement

Solutions First is committed to helping people who are at a communication impasse reach negotiated solutions of their disagreements... to providing impartial mediated and moderated dialogue... and maintaining the respect and dignity of the individual parties involved.
