Sandra G. Nye
Sandra G. Nye, J.D., M.S.W., principal, began practicing in 1963.
She is admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court, the
Supreme Court of Illinois, and is a member of the trial bar of the
United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. She has
authored articles and books and has lectured widely throughout the
country. Member: American Bar Association, Family Law Section; Illinois
State Bar Association; Chicago Bar Association; Women's Bar Association
of Illinois; National Association of Social Workers; Illinois Society
of Clinical Social Work. Asst.. Prof. of Jurisprudence in Psychiatry,
University of Illinois Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine. She practices extensively in the areas of Mental Health Law, Family
Law, Guardianship, Practice formation and incorporation, Illinois
Department of Professional Regulations defense, and General Litigation.
Ms. Nye is a nationally know lecturer and author and has lectured
to Judges, Legal and Mental Health agencies, associations, and human
services practices. Jonathan D. Nye
Jonathan D. Nye, managing partner, began practice in 1992. He is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Illinois, and is a member of the trial bar of the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois and has written and lectured. Member: American Bar Association, Family Law Section; Illinois State Bar Association; Chicago Bar Association. He practices extensively in the areas of Mental Health Law, Family
Law, Guardianship, Small Business, and General Litigation. Mr. Nye
