Wendy Kasulka has been a practicing dispute resolution specialist since 2003. Wendy is registered with the State of Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution to provide services as both a civil and domestic mediator and has specific training in the following areas: General Civil Training and Practicum (44 hours 2003), Domestic (40 hours, 2003), Breaking Impasse (3 hours, 2003), Facilitation Skills (3 hours, 2003) and Managing Emotions (3 hours, 2003).

Wendy holds an Associates degree in business with an emphasis in Legal Assistant Studies (1991), a Bachelor of Technology in Business (1992) and a Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis in international policy (1997) and has worked in the field of adult education since 1994. She is co-founder of PFT and currently serves as operations director and associate trainer. Wendy handles 2-4 dispute resolution cases per month as an associate mediator with DMA, keeping her focus on education. She also works with Decision Management Associates in educating the public about and promoting dispute resolution services.

She brings an eclectic background to training including adult education, business consulting, operating a family owned business and family business succession planning. She has taught at the college and technical school levels and has a solid understanding of the need for practical training skills that can be immediately used in every day life. These classes include the following: marketing, business management, computer applications, ethics and professionalism, customer service, succession planning in family owned business. Her experience in adult education includes distance education where she has worked with faculty in presentation techniques and troubleshooting video-teleconferencing equipment. Throughout the years Wendy has also been involved in numerous conferences and train-the-trainer programs involving business marketing, management and finance, facilitation skills, leadership and student retention. She has developed cross-cultural skills in business and education by traveling extensively with educational and humanitarian aid organizations.
