This is a full service financial services firm. Linda completed her degree in 1988 in Business Administration-Accounting/Finance with honors. She is an Enrolled Agent, a nationally accredited Tax Advisor, and is a "Fellow" of the National Practice Institute. She is also licensed with the Florida Department of Insurance for Life & Health. Linda is a member of The Institute for Certified Divorce Financial Analysts, the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, and the Florida Society of Professional Accountants. She is also a member of the National Society of Accountants and the National Tax Practice Institute Educational Foundation. Ms. Smith speaks and teaches on various tax planning issues for professional associations, college community service groups, the Internal Revenue Service’s Community Outreach and the V.I.T.A. programs. Her articles on various tax planning issues have appeared in the Central Florida Business Review, the Orlando Business Journal and other publications. Ms. Smith is trained to provide financial information and assistance to people in divorce to include evaluating the tax implications of dividing property and settlement options for dividing pensions, marital property, and awarding of child and spousal support.
