THE FIRM

My philosophy in handling family law matters is to start from a position of settlement as opposed to a full adversarial process, while protecting the rights of my clients. However, should being an adversary become necessary I am fully prepared to do so.

My goal is to help my clients get through this difficult time in their lives with the least amount of emotional pain and fiscal expense.

I have a free one-half hour consultation in my office where we discuss your legal issues and what my fees would be based upon those legal issues. My office can be reached directly by telephone at (408) 287-8484 or by e-mail at tcazes@pacbell.net.
