 Ever think of pressing charges against a spouse for adultry. It is still ileagle in some states, and what about the other person they are involved with? THey should have to pay too. Take them to court and sue them under the tort law for interfering with your relationship and taking your spouses affections from you. Just give em heck! There is so many little known laws and torts. No I don't know them all. I just started digging myself. Some laws I have found dating back to 1918 ....but hey what can they say .... it's still the law. :ooo: She has no money and wants to play hard ball, dang the biast state of west virginia. I'll keep her and the courts busy. lol You see a female can file false charges and get away with it, no questions asked. A male files truthful charges and he gets asked a thousand questions, why would we want to do this to her, and sometimes were are just looked at and told ..I don't think you really want to do that..in other words NO.
So get ready or not courts here I come with a thousand little charges one by one,,,screaming unfit mom  :crazy:until someone listens
