I will try to make this as short as possible. My son is 19 and has a daughter who is 14 months old. The mother and my son never married. He needs help, they are taking over half of his paycheck every 2 weeks, and he is only allowed to visit his daughter for 2 hours at a time, if he is lucky enough for that. But they keep going on about him spending time with her, it just doesn't make much sense. There has to be a way for him to fight this without it costing him and arm and a leg. I personally would love to find out some information on Idaho's grandparent rights. I love this little bundle of joy and hate seeing this family tear us up over visits and such. Any response or help is greatly appreciated.
