Ridecowgirl Member Registered: 05/21/04 Posts: 9 Loc: SD	I was just wondering if thier is a lawyer out thier that can help my husband with his kids that wont charge a lot..HOpefully someone in South Dakota.

Anonymous Unregistered	lawyers are licensed by state. some lawyers have licenses in more than one state but thye would have to travel to SD from their hoime state for court hearings. That would cost you an exorbitant amount of money. Best thing you can do is to get a referrral from the South Dakota Bar Association. Unless you are in poverty and qualkify for pro bono or legal aid, expect to pay the standard lawyers fees.
