Can anyone tell me if childcare has to be written into the custody papers for both parents to have to pay their share of it?? Or how does this work??

The papers say nothing about childcare at all!!

Can a bill be sent to BM for her half of childcare?? (due to the residential parents employment) Or does this all fall on the residential parents shoulders unless written into the order??

Child care expenses are made part of the "Child support order". Do this. go to the Kansas resource page on Divorcenet at URL

www.divorcenet.com/ks/ks.html

You will see on the left a section entitled "Law Library" and in that sectrion, a menu option called "Child support guidelines and Worsheet". The worksheet shows how child care is inclide in the CS calculations. Until that child care is in the order, it most likely won't be paid. While on that KS resource oage, look at the other info in child support.
