Does the ex have court ordered visitation? Because if they do then, yeah, you will need the courts permission and/or the ex's to move the child out of state.

You ca move anywhere "you" want but the court decides who gets custody of the children. If your ex doesn't want thekids to move, he can ask the court for custody.

Lav?
Suppose one parent has NO custody of any sort. Would this statement apply in this situation or would the SOLE custodial parent have the choice to do as they please without needing a court order to do so?
