hi,
this is a first timer. with lots a reading the topics inbtween.
I live in california.
all or most of the legal request stuff has been located and exchanged.
my question is where,how,what,when to say to start at trial date, when you are before the judge..looking for topics and reading materials

I would first recommend an attorney, or at the very least get a head's up at a legal clinic.

If you definitely feel you want to try some of this yourself, try reading the Do It Yourself books by the Nolo Press. Make sure to get the most recent version for your state.
