Two questions:
-What right does a father have if he is locked out of his home?
-What right does a father have if he filed an FL-105/GC-120 form with himself marked down as Physical Custody of children?

What I'm getting at is I believe my wife might take my kids and go somewhere in California to keep them from me. Or locks my front door?
My lawyer is not yet.

Thanks.

"What right does a father have if he is locked out of his home?"

Until there is a court order or police order, nobody has the right to lock anybody out. He can call police to let him in, but he must be extremely careful not to get falsely accused (if he did something "bad" before that) to get arrested (sure way to be "officially" locked out!), or he can file with the court to be back in (needs an attorney).

Not sure what you meant. Nobody can get the title until the court says so.

Well, then you're better get one before she can do that. Your attorney needs to file an emergency hearing for a Pendente Lite order in which the court will order temporary supports, custody, and every issues such as who lives where and prohibitions to maintain peace and order between the couple. Meanwhile, you're better be extremely careful in dealing with her and avoid any confrontations at all costs. Equip yourselve with cellphone camera and recorder to prevent false accusations.
