Ex now wants money for kids to go to college. What information do I need to give? Now wants information from my wife (children's stepmom). Wants list of all assets, bank accounts for five years, tax returns, etc. etc.

You are in Jersey...it's one of worst states when it comes to how it rapes non-custodial parents for support. Expect you will have to pay some or all of your child's tuition and expenses (depending on your income) PLUS continue to pay child support, even if the child lives on campus....even if they go to school in Europe.
