So my boyfriend has this baby on the way with this girl who likes to play games when it comes to the baby. One week she will say it is his baby and the next week she is saying that it isnt his. She wont tell him the due date, and she says she isnt going to go to an OB even though she is pregnant. She is smoking weed and cigarettes. She told a group of people that she had gotten an abortion and then when he asked she said no she was still pregnant. Is there anything he can do? Like is there something he can have to courts be involved? or must he wait till the baby is born? She is about 3 months along (that is about how far along we got since she told us she was pregnant at the end of august) So is there anything he can do? He is tired of the games. He wants to know whats going on.

Sounds like she is jerking him around, truthfully all i can think of is DNA test, and normally you have to wait until the baby is born. Hang tight someone else will chim in to help you soon.

oh one more thing, have him start keeping a journal on the conversation he has with her, date and times, how many times he has asked for proof about the baby etc.. If it turns out to be his, he will have proof in hand at court that he tried to be responsible with her but kept getting jerk around.
