I have a divorce decree with a judgment due. Ex must pay from the equity of the home either when the youngest child is 18, the house sells, or when refinanced. Name is still on home until it sells. Is there a statute of limitations on the judgment, or does my continued ownership of the house protect the pay-out of the judgment when the money is dispersed?

Lol... just to finish off this question... I found out myself.

The ownership in the property supercedes any type of statute of limitations.
