Does anyone know what is the realistic expectation for property division
for marriage over 10 years?

We were married for 13 years and equally make about the same money.
I understand MA law says 'equitable distribution' - In ge most cases,
does the court divide about 50/50 ?

I would appreciate.

Thanks

As a rule, yes. If the two people brought significant assets into the marriage, those will often (not always) be set aside (partially or totally.)

Equitable distribution as it is called doesn't mean automatically 50/50 as in community states such as CA. It's up to the judge and the two attorneys' arguments in court to bring as much as much as possible amount of distribution to his/her client. Therefore, anything is fair game - primary parent, faults, labor, interest from separate money...etc. So you must carefully weight in all the details with your attorney.
Otherwise, if both contributed equally IN EVERYTHING and NO CHILDREN, then the chance of each getting 50% is more likely.
