I am not sure if anyone had asked this before; but I am
going to have an uncontested trial in couple weeks with
Judge Casey at Norfolk Court

I am kind of nervous about the whole thing, please advice
- what I need to do to prepare for it?
- what would I expect at the trial?
- Is Judge Casey a reasonable and fair judge?

Thanks for all information you could share.

Even in uncontested case, you must prepare. Assuming that you both don't have attorneys (If one has, it's a must for the other one to have one, too), then you both should have everything in agreement and make sure to address every issue. The judge will sign as long as there isn't anything too unfair to one party. You can try to attend some court sessions to see what happen.

He has his own attorney and I can't afford one.
We both agreed and signed off our 'Agreement'.

Did you mean I can attend a divorce session
of someone else?

Thanks

I would assume you can - my understanding is that unless the trial is closed for some reason, anyone can attend, as long as they are not disruptive.
