daytonbizman2009 New User Registered: 10/03/09 Posts: 1	My spouse has been awarded temporary alimony retroactively. I can pay current amount but do not have funds to pay arrearage, because I appealed it. I did not refuse to pay, merely waited until judge affirmed magistrates decision. Charging me with contempt of court and have refused offers of partial payment. She and her attorney are just playing hardball. If court orders garnishment, does anyone have an idea of what percentage they will take? I make about 80k.
