manateesb4 Enthusiast Registered: 03/10/05 Posts: 281	Currently no child support to either parent (joint custody, we agreed on no child support), but the kids now live with me more (5 nights a week), and the other parent refuses to divide cost of anything anymore: if I make double what he makes, would I have to pay HIM child support even though they live with me more if I took him to court? Basically, my ex has stopped paying for his half of the expenses (clothes, medical, etc.), so in order to make him, I have to take him to court. If I take him to court, would the court make me pay him because I make more? Even though they're with me more? Thanks.
