dvd Superstar Registered: 04/02/07 Posts: 4167	Most lawyers are not willing to work to just filing a motion. Therefore, not many people knew the cost. Why didn't you give the lawyer a call? Once you hired an attorney for your case, he will bill you all ralated charges after the motion was filed. Since it depends on the complexity of each case, it will vary greatly.

curiousman Member Registered: 03/19/09 Posts: 16	How about some ball park figures? Been told plenary hearings are expensive,around $30K- $40K minimum. First Motion filed cost about $4K.
