dvd Superstar Registered: 04/02/07 Posts: 4167	It depends on whether the attorney is working by himself or with a firm that has secretary and paralegals. If it's by himself, then he may be too busy/lazy to answer depending how long has you been waiting. If he has secretary, she should inform you the reasons. It would help if you describe some background whether you and your attorney have any issues. Sometimes, a too anxious client can be too annoyed (calling too many times for unimportant issues) and the attorney just isn't willing to respond ina timely manner. Regardless, you must find out before you fire that attorney.
