STBX and I have been married since 2002. He left the home in 2007 and recently said that he would be filing for divorce. We have two small children together. They live with me. He rarely visits them. I receive court ordered child support. I came into the marriage with a house, retirement plan and 401k, all of which have no equity at this time. His name is on nothing. We did not borrow any money together or make any home improvements while together. What is the likelihod that he would get 50% of the house, retirement and 401k in the divorce if he asked for it?

It's my understanding that he would get half of whatever equity has accrued in the time you were married, same goes for the retirement & 401k. What was yours before the marriage, is still yours. What you made while the two of you were married is split.
