There are many changes in Missouri Family Law effective next month. I am working on an article about them and will post it when it is done. One good thing to know is that the very harsh requirement of posting a bond if you are more than $10K in arrears for child support, and want to file a modification has been repealed. Also, the ability of a court to terminate one's parental rights if one is more than $10,000 in arrears on child support is also gone. I am very relieved for both of those changes!
