My husband left me in nov. 2008. Ever since then I have tried and tried to finish it with a dissolution. Everytime we send the papers they send back replies that have absoolutly nothing to do with a dissolution. we made it so simple. we dont have much to split. kids are 18 and up now. they have put stupid things in that have nothing to do with anything. ex. kids broke the dryer, kids ruined the van. His mom even had him put things in that she gave me back in the early 80s that has nothing do with anything. He even admitted he didnt know what it was. on the financial statement that was filed he filled out the first one he didnt put everything then he redid and took things out which i have proof of. He claimed i took money from our account when both our lawyers have all statements from our account and there is proof i never did. He has lied thru all the dissolution papers and made false claims that proves he is lying. he and his lawyer has made this into a circus and lying fest. My lawyer cant believe the replies we keep getting. We are now going to court for divorce. Will i be allowed to give and show the judge the past papers showing how difficult and the stuff he keeps putting in that is so uncalled for and show the lies to the judge. Also with the two different financial statements he filled out and showing on both that he omitted property and then took out. I just want to end this so anytime I would say ok you can have it they would add more to it or put stuff in that has nothing to do with it. Is the judge going to look at that.
