I posted this on the NE board but I'm going to try here too. Has anyone ever had any problems with jurisdiction with NE and TX? They are double dipping on child support on a friend of mine and no one can see to get it cleared up. He's paying twice as much and now they are trying to take his license away. Any help would be appreciated.
