JNJ Member Registered: 05/07/09 Posts: 29	I am aware that Illinois is a no fault State. I am, however, looking for some information regarding divorces where adultery did make a difference (disproportionate settlement of the community estate). Whether in negotiations of trial. Can anyone provide feedback or cases to review?? Any suggestions of where I should look??
