Ok my ex wife just let me know she is coming into town and wants to see our daughter she has been gone for two months with her boyfriend as he works on the pipeline. My schedule this week is not flexible to be able to set up a visit, she threw a hissy fit and then said she had to be in ohio on monday, there isn't anything i can do about it. She told me she isn't going to give me child support until she sees her again, I really don't care about the child support but im tired of the drama, she also threatened me that our daughter gets to pick where she wants to live when she is 12. I have sold custody and the mother is in and out of her life whenever she isn't following her boyfriend around on his job. How long does she not pay child support till i can do something about it?

Im not blocking her visitation rights. It is stated in my custody papers that if she misses 3 visitations in one year they become null and void and she sees our daughter when im available. Anyways she is seeing her on thursday for a couple of hours.
