I lost my job due to lay offs 12/08, its now mid June still not employed. I'm an independent IT Consultant and have moved from GA to WA seeking employment. OCSE has denied my review for modification each time I've submitted the forms. I am only able to survive by using my Credit Cards and a line of credit I have from a piece of property I own. I have gone from making a six figure income to being nearly destitute. I am currently 3 months behind in CS payments and have accumulated a ridiculous amount of debt. I need desperately to get my CS reduced. Does anyone know of any lawyers that you could recommend that may work at a reduced rate, Pro Bono or may offer payment options for someone in my situation?
