My spouse did not fulfill his obligations set forth in the property settlement agreement. I now have the right to petition the court to put the house on the market. Other than putting the house on the market, is there anything else I can do to make him fulfill this agreement? And will I have to pay more money because of his failure to do what he was supposed to? I hate to think I have to pay more money to get the money he still has not given me.
