in my final page of my divorce it says "property located at XXXX Sampson rd, Ossineke, MI and XXXXX Little Rainy rd, Onaway, MI is awarded to defendant upon $15,000.00 cash ]payment at $100.00 per month until payoff is made within 3 years. Plintiff is awarded all her personal property. Defendant is to assume and hold plaintiff harmless from any dbt awed the above parcels of real estate." He hasn't paid me anything what can I do are there any lope holes.this is dated 12/6/06
