The responsibilts of a Parent Coordinator are not clear. my wife has asked for a new PC. After 2+ years and alot of money. the situatin with her x husband with no progess. The bias of the PC is clear. He has called her lawyer to ask him to "get your client on the same page", The $280.00 PC, asked $300.00hr lawyer to do his work. the way i see it there will 2 bills. 1 for PC and 1 for the lawyer.

we need to remove this PC. the children are payinga very high price

2+ years with a PC? That's an awfully long time. I imagine the PC is frustrated. Sounds like he is trying to get the two of them to reach a mutual agreement and understanding, before making other recommendations to the courts. It is not unusual for a PC to turn to the client's attorneys to help with resolution.

I honestly don't see the point of getting another PC, IF, that is at all possible. They will still be incurring costs in both directions. Also, how does your wife know, that the PC hasn't made the same request of her ex and his attorney?

I suggest your wife sit down with her attorney to discuss the options. Many people get frustrated with a Parenting Coordinator when he/she doesn't see things their way. Typically, people then want to get rid of the P.C. Court's tend to frown upon that. But that's a generalization. I have no idea what the facts are in your wife's case. She should talk to her attorney (or another, if she wants a second opinion). Best of luck.
