I received great advice before and I did send a registered letter stating the balance owed along with all documentation of medical bills that we're supposed share 50/50 on. I got a receipt back, so I know he got it. He's still ignoring me and has done nothing. I hope I don't need an attorney to take him to court. I see no other option. I assume I can go to J&D court and file papers? Any advice is much appreciated.
