Hi, thanks so much for reading this.
I have a visitation modification hearing in New York coming up. I'm Pro Se, live in Colorado and know very little about NY Rules and Procedures. Can anyone tell me how to call witnesses and enter and evidence list? Does NY use a Pre Trial Management Plan for these cases like Colorado?
Thanks again!

Really? 52 veiws and not one reply? maybe I'm being too general.
In order to call a witness. Can someone very breifly tell what the procedure is and where to get the filing form template?
Just "10 words or less" would do..........

I think the issue you're having is that you need someone who is familiar with NY specifically. There are perhaps a couple dozen of us who troll these boards regularly. Some quick math will reveal to you that it works out to less than a person per state, meaning that not every state is going to have someone who is familiar with the process. If it's any consolation, I've seen responses occasionally from at least one of the attorneys shown at the top. If memory serves, it's the one on the right, and he'll show up like once a month, post several times, then disappear for a while.
Have you tried calling the courthouse?

This is a good site for forms, law information, etc. You can always call the court clerk in the county where the modification will be heard for the correct forms and information.

A witness can either come in to court voluntarily or by subpoena.

You cannot issue a subpoena but the court can. Contact the court about subpoena procedure. If you have to subpoena a witness, be careful, they could hurt you.

You don't need a witness list.

There is no pre-trial management plan.
