My ex wife legally took back her maiden name upon the divorce but continues to use my name still even after 1 year. No children.

Since this is not her name any more do i have any recourse to prevent her from using the name further?

No. Let it go. If you have no children with her, why do have enough contact with her to know or care?

I guess that depends on how she uses the name. If it's just in passing, identifying herself, etc., then ignore it. But, if she's signing it to obtain loans, credit, etc., while indicating she's still married to you then you might be able to put a stop to it.
