My wife and I were under an order against dissipation since 3/06 when she filed. However, we got back together until 12/08. We are arguing that the date of legal separation for debts/assets is 12/08. Question: were we liable for dissipation from 3/06 to 12/08 or only after 12/08? Second: she's been having affairs for some time. Is all the money she spent on vacations with him, dinners, hotels considered dissipation? When (sinc 3/06 or 12/08)? If only since 12/08 is there any other avenue I can pursue since she in essence stole the money from the marital estate? Thanks very much!
