"Show ready" is only relative to each person unless she put a hole in the wall. Therefore, I don't think you can accuse her of interfering. If she was supposed to move out at the end of Aug, then why is she still there? Not sure how eviction process goes since your case is not rental but court order. If she doesn't vacate the house, I guess your only option is to file contempt to have the court removes her.
