b35853 Member Registered: 10/27/07 Posts: 6	For those in Talladega County that are waiting on a judge, well it might take a while. I was wondering how do I file a complaint with The Judicial Inquiry Committee. I have a default divorce ready to be signed off and no judge to sign it. My lawyer has done a good job and he is not a fault in anyway. I have had this ready since August and Judge Tommy Dobson never got around to it. Now that he is retired, the judge that replaces him is going to retire and he don't have time either. b

I'm told that there are about 80 cases held up because of the sudden retirement of Judge Sims, and I can account for 23 of them from my practice alone.
