In the divorce decree it states that the parties will live as if they were never married...how in the world is that possible? I pay a ton of child support every month, she gets plastic surgery, I take a day trip to savannah to get away for a day and she flies overseas for a week. She has a brand new (huge) house, I'm living with my parents again because I can't afford a place of my own. How is this living like we were never married???

"the parties will live as if they were never married"
I have no idea what this is supposed to mean. How would a court interpret and enforce such an order?

"I pay a ton of child support every month"
A ton . . . that's 2000 pounds, right? A pound is about 1.45 dollars, so that's like $2900. ;-)

I feel for you. My ex takes European vacations with the CS I pay. Credit where credit is due, though: she does take the kid about half the time.
