I trying to file a motion with the friend of court in Macomb County.
Line 1 says Motion(s):
Line 2 says Relief Sought:
Here is the scoop I'm filing a motion to have my son placed back in school. The mother has removed him from school without my permission. We both have joint legal and phyical custody. So you I write this under the Motion line? If so, what goes in the Relief Sought?
Thanks

Is he being home schooled, or is she sending him to a different school, or what?

No, it’s an early childhood developmentally delayed program that he qualified for and has been attending for 2 years. It is taught by the local school district and he attended everyday for a half of day.

Does your order address it at all?

Better yet, does your order address education at all?

it has been addressed in an order. It called for him to continue the class and went into detail where the bus would pick him up. Now since she moved the bus will not travel to her current address. I just need to file this motion to get it in front of the FOC. As orginally asked what goes in Line 1 (motion) and Line 2 (relief sought)?

"As orginally asked what goes in Line 1 (motion) and Line 2 (relief sought)?"
I'm not just asking questions out of curiosity. I'm trying to get enough information to answer your questions (at least a little) intelligently.

In line 1, I think I would put something like "Motion to Enforce Order."
In line 2, I think I would put something like "Compel non-movant to enroll [child's name], a minor child, in [name of program] as per court order."
