hello im going through alot right now i have 2 kids and one i got to do a test on so three a girl thats 5 2 boys 4 and 1 month i caught her cheating after 6 yrs married we been to court once she moved out and went to parnets house and moved from thier she moved in a trail park and had her new bf thier well i picked up kids and when it was time to drop off their door was open so i went and took a step in they got me for close to breaking and entering 30 days in jail 2 yrs probation 2 weeks ago i got kids they have been sick for look time month or so i called her not even 2 mins after picking kids up and she got me for privacy 30 days in jail 1 yr probation the court gave it her way because i went to jail that day i only get to see my kids 3 hours for 1 day week this is tearing me up in side she wants me to pay her lawyer so she can get married but every time she takes me to court it goes up 3 to 400 dollors how can i get to see my kis back do i got to move and go to court where i live this judge is an but i work 12 days and have 2 or 3 days off week he told me to get of butt and get another job thats it i have worked 6 yrs never once asked her to work i dont got money to get a lawyer can some one help me

1) A little punctuation goes a long way.
2) Something else is going on. I don't know what, but your punishments for taking a step into a house where you are dropping off your very young minor children and making a single phone call aren't believable. Was there a prior restraining order, or some history of domestic violence, or a previous altercation with the boyfriend, or something else?

Sounds like you need a NEUTRAL drop point. You should NOT be going to her home, she should NOT be coming to yours. YOUR best bet would probably be the local police station so she can't drop any more accusations on you.

And....quit calling her. Pick up, Drop Off...and if you need to communicate--use email or snail mail (email probably better as you will have a record of all communication).

Keep communications to only necessary information (Dates, Times, Medicine, etc...)

I would like to hear the rest of the story here.....why such limited visitation? What are your current viz orders/restraining orders?
