cantgoback New User Registered: 12/07/08 Posts: 2	I am filing a petition for a Pro Se Uncontested Divorce. I am aware we can waive the two year separation requirement. This brings us down to six months. What I have read is there is no waiting period to file the petition. Six months must elapse before the judgement. I want to know if this is correct before I proceed. Help! Thanks!
