You post strongly suggests you haven't moved on at all. Good luck in court. I suspect your ex will fight you every inch of the way....and you will contintue to let him get you miserable. My ex has been "no fun" too. I focus on the kids. My ex has got to me maybe 10 minutes in the last 5 years.....I guess that's as close as I'm going to get to "moving on."

If that was the approach everyone took, no one would be here to give advice. In order for the boards to function well, there need to be some "regulars."
